Extract Tables from PDF to CSV
Stop retyping numbers from PDF reports. This tool reads the position of every piece of text on the page, reconstructs rows and columns from the layout, and hands you one CSV per page — ready to open in Excel, Google Sheets, or any data tool. It works best on documents with clean grid-like tables such as statements, price lists, and lab reports. Extraction is computed locally in your browser, so financial and business data never leaves your machine.

Frequently asked questions
How accurate is the table detection?
It is a best-effort geometric reconstruction: clean, grid-like tables convert very well, while merged cells, nested tables, or multi-column prose may need a quick cleanup in your spreadsheet.
What do I get for a multi-page PDF?
One CSV file per page, bundled into a single ZIP download, so each page’s table data stays neatly separated and easy to review.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Scanned pages are images without a text layer, so there is no positioned text to cluster. Only PDFs with selectable text can be converted to CSV.
