How to create PDF Form

Frequently asked questions
Where is the field placed by default?
Without coordinates, the field appears near the left margin at the vertical center of the page. Set X and Y — in points from the bottom-left corner — to position it precisely.
Can I add more than one field?
Yes, one at a time. Download the PDF after adding a field, upload that result again, and use a new unique field name for the next text box or checkbox.
Can I drag fields into place visually?
Not in this version. Placement uses page, X, Y, width, and height values. If you omit coordinates, the field is placed near the left margin at the vertical center.
Will the fields work in every viewer?
The fields are standard AcroForm elements, so Acrobat, Preview, Chrome, and most mobile readers let users click into them and type or tick directly.
