Edit PDF Bookmarks
Give any PDF a clean, clickable navigation panel. Type a simple list like "1: Introduction; 5: Chapter Two" and this tool rebuilds the document outline so readers can jump straight to the right page from the sidebar of any PDF viewer. It replaces whatever bookmarks the file had before, and clearing the list removes the outline entirely. Everything happens locally in your browser, so unpublished manuscripts and confidential reports never leave your device.

Frequently asked questions
What format do the bookmarks use?
One entry per bookmark, written as the page number, a colon, then the title — for example "3: Summary". Separate multiple entries with semicolons or new lines.
Does it keep the existing bookmarks?
No — the list you enter fully replaces the old outline, which makes it easy to fix messy bookmarks. Submitting an empty list removes all bookmarks.
What if a page number is out of range?
Page numbers beyond the end of the document are automatically clamped to the last page, and numbers below 1 point to the first page.
